I've told several people about this already. What a wonderfully touching tradition. Yes, there are times when I miss my Mother: just the knowing I could call her, knowing that, no matter what, she wanted to hear from me and always wanted to hear my stories. But now, of course, I can listen (endlessly??) to my daughter!Libby https://www.blogger.com/profile/11556491482494737313noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323849547147404211.post-38345250137612901522013-05-12T09:12:58.685-04:002013-05-12T09:12:58.685-04:00Dear Lindaraxa,

My Mother would send us down to the lily pond by the house to cut the blooms of a white iris for her and purple irises for each of us to wear to church. It is such a sweet memory. Happy Mother's Day to you and your dear Mother!

Franciewilliamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04025284630732323591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323849547147404211.post-5367899717146631172013-05-12T07:28:46.925-04:002013-05-12T07:28:46.925-04:00We are on the same wavelength!!!!
