Simple and yummy. I am able to get bay scallops fresh where I live and the Gulf is not far south of us. We use to go scalloping when the season opened on July 4th and it was a lot of fun. Something so wonderful about harvesting your own, taking them home and preparing them in your favorite recipe. We haven't been scalloping in a long time. Our season here doesn't last long either. I will check my fish monger this week to see if he has any scallops, am anxious to try your recipe.
